Executive Function Coaching For People Who Feel Things Deeply

Build systems that help you follow through

— without burnout.

If this feels familiar…

  • You feel out of control of your time, energy, or emotions.

  • Rest doesn’t actually feel restful.

  • You never quite feel like you’re doing enough.

  • You’re constantly exhausted.

  • You’re watching your child struggle with these same patterns — and you don’t know how to help.

  • Mornings, homework, or simple transitions turn into battles no one wants.

  • Your to-do list never seems to get shorter.

You’re not lazy. And you’re not failing.

You may simply be overwhelmed in a world that asks too much of people who are wired to feel and notice everything.

What Does Working Together Look Like?

Step 1: Gaining Clarity

A focused, pressure-free conversation to understand what’s feeling most overwhelming and decide whether coaching feels like the right next step.

Step 2: Understanding the Pattern

We gently explore your executive functioning strengths and challenges. Together, we identify where things are getting stuck and create a clear, personalized plan.

Step 3: Ongoing Coaching

Through consistent, structured sessions, we build practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, planning, and follow-through — applying them to real life so progress feels steady and sustainable.

Executive Function Assessment

This one-time executive functioning assessment is designed for adults seeking support for themselves as well as parents looking for guidance for their child. Together, we’ll explore strengths, identify areas of need, and uncover the patterns that may be getting in the way.

Ongoing coaching that builds on an initial skills assessment to address the root challenges impacting learning, organization, and emotional regulation. Sessions are collaborative and developmentally informed, with coordination across school supports and service providers for a holistic approach.

Executive Function Coaching for Adults

Coaching for adults who want support with executive functioning in daily life. Sessions build on an initial assessment and focus on the goals that matter most to you, moving at a pace that feels manageable and aligned.

I help sensitive kids and teens who feel easily overwhelmed make sense of big emotions, daily routines, and growing demands.

My work focuses on reducing stress while building skills around organization, planning, and emotional regulation—in ways that feel supportive, not rigid.

I also support adults who never quite got the help they needed growing up, so they can create systems that feel sustainable, not exhausting.
